Terms of Service

Terms governing use of utilityhemlockway.click and services of Utilityhemlockway Mining Review Co., South Korea.

1. Acceptance

By accessing utilityhemlockway.click or engaging Utilityhemlockway Mining Review Co. (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Services described

We provide independent assessment, comparison briefs, layout reviews, and document reviews related to mining equipment rated at 0.05 PH/s and above. We do not sell hardware, operate mining pools, or provide financial or investment advice.

3. Informational content

Site content—including rates, guides, and field notes—is general information. It does not constitute a binding offer or professional engineering sign-off. Formal scope and fees are confirmed in writing after intake.

4. Intellectual property

Reports delivered to clients are licensed for internal use by the commissioning party. Site text, branding, and original photography remain our property unless otherwise agreed. You may not republish full reports publicly without permission.

5. User conduct

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the site at rates that impair operation, or submit false facility information in service requests.

6. Limitation of liability

Assessments and briefs reflect conditions observed or documents supplied at the time of work. We are not liable for hardware performance after specification changes, unauthorised modifications, or environmental shifts beyond those documented. Our liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where Korean law prohibits such limitation.

7. Indemnity

Clients indemnify us against claims arising from undisclosed site hazards, misrepresented power or occupancy permissions, or use of our reports outside agreed scope.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in South Korea shall have jurisdiction, with preference for Gyeongsangbuk-do where permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised effective date.
