Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit terms for Utilityhemlockway mining equipment assessment services.
Scope
This policy applies to paid assessment, brief, layout review, and document review services booked with Utilityhemlockway Mining Review Co. We do not sell hardware; no product returns apply.
Booking confirmation
Services are confirmed after intake call and written quote acceptance. Payment terms appear on the invoice.
Cancellation by client

Rescheduling
One free reschedule per booking if requested at least 7 days ahead. Later changes may incur travel rebooking fees already quoted on your invoice.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel due to assessor illness, severe weather, or site access prohibition, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your choice.
No-shows and access failures
If our assessor arrives but cannot enter the site, or required panels are inaccessible without prior notice, the visit may be treated as completed at 50% fee. Full fee applies if no responsible contact is available within 30 minutes of agreed start.
Work already started
On-site assessments: if logging is partially complete before client requests stop, we deliver findings for completed portions and refund unperformed hours at our standard hourly rate.
Comparison briefs and spec checks: if research has begun, refunds cover only the unperformed portion.
Non-refundable items
- Travel increments already incurred (fuel, tolls, lodging if pre-booked)
- Third-party translation or specialist consults ordered on your behalf
- Administrative charge on late cancellations as listed above
Deposits
If a deposit was required for peak-season scheduling, deposit terms are stated on the invoice. Deposits are otherwise subject to the same cancellation table.
Refund method
Approved refunds return via the original bank transfer method within fourteen business days.
Disputes
Contact info@utilityhemlockway.click with invoice number and visit date. We respond within five business days.
Exceptions
Force majeure events (government orders, natural disasters) are handled with mutual rescheduling; refunds apply only if rescheduling is impossible within 90 days.
